PERTON EHITUS – MORE THAN 14 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT MARKET
To date, Perton Ehitus has built or restored 16 houses in Kalamaja. We have probably restored/built the largest number of houses in the district. Restoring old buildings is a pure pleasure for us – we give a new opportunity to historic buildings, adding modern comforts. Everyone wins – homeowners, community, district and the quality of life in the area improves.
The project manager of the construction Tarvo Pukk and company manager Marko Bäärs both live in Kalamaja. Perton Ehitus contributes to preserving the milieu of Kalamaja – we build dwellings that are suitable for the milieu and environment and support the community, for example by participating in Kalamaja Days Festival every year, etc.
We have received several awards, such as the letter of gratitude for the restoration works of Wismar 47 apartment building from the Cultural Heritage Board of Tallinn. We were recognised for the best renovated house in the milieu-valued areas for restoring the Luise 27/2 house as well as for the Kunderi 25 building. We hold the title of best tiled roof for restoring Tina 26 house.
Perton Ehitus OÜ is a member of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and belongs to the Association of Estonian Real Estate Firms.
When choosing development projects, we pay attention to the values of the area and the opportunities that the new home could offer to its residents. We honour the preservation of the milieu and adding value to it.
People make a house feel like home, houses are built by experts. Until today, we have built or restored more than 40 residential buildings, mainly in the city centre of Tallinn and in the surrounding districts, and by doing so created a cozy living environment for hundreds of families.
