Those who keep an eye on the construction site know that some time ago a wreath appeared on Vabriku 59 rafters. This means that the construction reached the stage where a nice traditional party was held for the construction team. Matt Tilk, a member of the management board at Perton Ehitus, brought down the wreath from Vabriku 59’s roof, thus opening the rafter party celebrations.

Rafter party in other words mean that construction has reach the stage where its main focus shifts from the exterior to interior works. We are pleased to acknowledge that reliable cooperation with partners has ensured a smooth and timely work schedule. That is why we can say with confidence that Vabriku 59 will be ready by the end of this year, as previously promised.
